Back from sundown. Totally cmi, not in the exhaustion part but the aching part. Feels like my legs weren't my own now. Hardly able to walk, limping. Completed the marathon in about 6 hours plus. The last 1/3 of it were just limping away. Some hydration point were either out of 100plus (gave water instead) or out of water or even out of cups (took the bottle instead). Shuttle service and road closure kind of suck too. Guess this year organizers weren't as good as last year. Now im just hoping my legs could recover asap, this feeling isn't good at all.

Anyway, the story will resume soon, until i fully recover or when i feel like posting.

Part 3 of the story:

“Hello, are you there??” shouted Jayden, whom seem to be quite pissed with the way I had been talking to him. “Yes I am.” Got myself back into reality after the few seconds in dreamland. “Okay, good. I want you to show me what you really have." Seemly quite pleased with himself, Jayden sit back and relax, hoping to see something unique. Taking the guitar, i took a sit and tuned it. Heaved a deep breath, I started playing and singing: “I shouldn’t have done that; I should have just ignored it. Like something I couldn’t see, like something I can’t see. I shouldn’t have looked at you at all, I should have run away. I should have acted like I didn’t hear it, Like something I couldn’t hear, Like something I can’t hear. I shouldn’t have listened to love at all. Without a word you let me know love, without a word you gave me love. You made me even hold of your breath but you ran away like this. Without a word love leaves me, without a word love tosses me away. What should I say next, my closed lips were surprised on their own.” As I ended my song, the stunned and silence expression from the surroundings surprise me. Everyone were looking at me with the similar faces, looking in disbelieve. After a few seconds, i could hear claps coming from the same corner that I was looking a while ago. It came from her and everyone followed. The president stood up and offer his hand; “Welcome to the club!" Shook his hand I did but my attention wasn’t focus on him. Everyone was dispersing and I just couldn’t seem to locate her. “Hey! Didn’t know you play music too!” came a voice from afar. My eyes zoom in on that particular direction where the voice is coming from. He seems familiar, looks like I had seen him before. As his image drew closer, I finally realise who he is. “So you play the guitar eh, I play the drum.” “Yea, didn’t expect to see u here Raphael.” “Why not you join my group Ethan, since we are lacking of a guitarist and you sang pretty well earlier too.” Raphael saying with enthusiasm, hope in his eyes. “Well, there is no reason for me to turn you down. Do guide me along.” I’m so glad that there are people I know in here.

Navy open house with toots today. Best part of it is we got Tiger as guide for us. Pity the long queues at all ships, if not we would have boarded all. At least boarded the Frigate RSS Intrepid and watch the show put up by the divers on it. Lucky weather wasn't that hot. After the few hours, we left for Changi Airport had dinner at swensens! Then off to the terminal 3 viewing gallery and slack there before walking around trying to find popeyes which had moved away from terminal 2 due to renovations. Cam-whoring sessions were aplenty thanks to me being the avid photographer that won't stop snapping.
Decided to put 1 picture instead. Don't expect me to put the 200+ pictures here, will lag my already laggy blog. lol. Well, enjoyed my day though it was quite a journey for me. Can't wait for Sundown and SNSC! =)

PS: In Memory of Dr Goh Keng Swee, founding father of Singapore and a visionary.

Lazy to update for the past 2 days. Well, nothing much actually, just school stuff. But i feel a bit regret not to participate the MDE talent competition. Just now soccer was good, had many chances that improve our team communication and telepathy. Sadly weijun got into a accident where his skin on his knee got 'teared' off after a 'collision' with the drain. So did some first aid for him while waiting for the ambulance to come. Lucky not as serious as it looks when in the hospital. Just abrasion, no ligament or bone break but most likely 1 month plus can't engage in sports or strenuous activities. Rest well, gotta need you for games day.

I suspected my knee got injury after the collision during a tackle. Hopefully is not my old injury and just pain only.

part 2 of the story continues...

“Like finally!” I thought to myself having found the lecture theatre at last. Entering the theatre, I can sense that everyone was staring at this weird looking Asian, wondering who he is. “Quickly take your seat, time wait for nobody.” said this old looking guy at the front with quite a relatively long beard. I guess he must be the lecturer. As I made my way to an empty seat, almost everyone was staring at me except for this girl who is so focus on her books. Can’t seem to tell how her features are other than her long silky black hair and tanned skin. My eyes seem to be wondering around her, just curious about who is she. “Got to concentrate on lessons, that what I come here for!” as I straighten my mind. “So you are new here? Hi, I’m Raphael. What yours?” said this well dress guy with a cool hairstyle. “Hi. I’m Ethan. Nice to meet you” I replied, though quite surprised. “So you like that girl eh?” he questioned me, giving those sneaky face. My eyes open wide as though I saw a ghost. “Erm, kinda?” As I respond him slowly. “She quite hard, rejected quite a few guys. Singapore, 19 years old. Name Isabella.” Raphael replied with a quiet laughter. Now all the information began to process inside my mind. Next thing I know, the bell rang. “Good luck! You will need it.” Raphael wink as he spoke. Never did I know that I came in to class with 30 minutes left…

Time for next activity or class shall I say as the school requires one to join a club during the time here. As I graduated from a polytechnic, I get to be exempted from first year thus I’m in the 2nd year. All my classmates were probably in some clubs with a better position or so. Now I got to search for my club which isn’t that hard. Found this big room, quite a number of students were in there. “Hi. New here? Welcome to the Music Club! I’m the president here. Name is Jayden.” Spoke this well kempt guy. “Hi. Name is Ethan.” Looking around as I replied. “Okay. So, what your specialty?” said Jayden as he began to look around aimlessly, wondering why I’m not looking at him. “I play the guitar and can dance too. Piano and drums aren’t there yet.” As I reply, I saw this same girl in the class, she must be Isabella.

Went to queensway to take a look at some stuffs before going down to botanic garden to meet the clique. First time celebration at the garden, so it was fun enjoying together in the few mats as well as the wonderful food cooked by our 3 chefs, yl, sarah and sk, courtesy of kiat to ferry them down. Even some random guy want to take a picture of us with the scenery, hope it gets a award winning picture! Sadly the fun was short as the rain came down on us. So packed up and the 13 of us in a van to orchard! Went to shaw house to catch 'Robin Hood'. I would say it is a good show. After movie, wt, wl and ly left then the remaining few of us go to ABC market had dinner. Chatted and home.

By the way, any co-planners for chwen bday? Urgent!

As for the story, sorry that the past 2 weeks not posted due to events. Will be back soon!

FCS was boring as i didn't bring laptop. Evening went to marina bay sands with meng, huiping and larry to have a look. Nothing much yet then went to esplanade for the fire performance which we are suppose to see requested by our tourism module. Nice performance. Then went to marina square have dinner before walking to empress building. The area that was more wonderful and interesting that you don't get to see everyday. Took alot of pictures, to be uploaded soon. Off to Asian Civilization Museum as it was specially open at 5pm-11pm for the next 3 days, foc too. Nice to see the artifacts, huge area, almost got lost. Was hoping the things came to life like the movie 'Night at the Museum', sadly it was perfectly normal.

Glad that this trip/ module help us to see things that we won't have known off where we could be rotting at home. Probably more trips next time to other interesting places in Singapore.

Then went to town with chong and steve. Got our products that we ordered then went to watch ipman2 before slack awhile then home.

Boring times in school as well as after...Need some excitement! MDE singing/talent competition, should i join? hmm...

Just got back home not long ago after the fun birthday celebration of yanlin. Had to go to school in the morning for the Professional Preparation Programme and the lecturer is interesting, make our lesson not that boring. After which met up with chwen, chong and wt at marina square. Had the korean food for lunch then off for an hour of pool before catching our movie, District 13. Not bad, funny too. Rush down to liying's house to collect the cake before going down to harbourfront station meet the rest then off to sentosa, palawan beach at night! With yanlin blindfolded along the way, the whole journey was interesting. Had to escort her on the escalator, carry her across the sands, up the stairs. Surprise was nice and made her did alot of forfeits and weird stuffs.

Situated at the smaller island of palawan, the rest went to the main beach to set up the heart shape candles while she being blindfolded again. Bet she touched with our efforts. Chatted and clear up before going to lao pa sat had supper! Wonderful supper, we shared 2 large stingray, 1 large fried rice, 2 large fried kway teow, 1 large bee hoon, 1 small lala. In the end cab home for a few of us while some took kiat's ride home. Enjoy the day fully! =)

Glad to let out a bit of that. =)

Met up with the 'angels' before cabbing back to school as it was raining. If only every day is like this, so relax. Now every monday lessons start at 11am instead of 9am and 9am lesson is being move to tuesday. So no more monday blues i guess. Went home and go running, slowly getting back my fitness. “Ethan: New school, new environment, new friends.” Facebook status updated. The night is windy, great condition to sleep. “It’s going to be a wonderful day tomorrow.” I thought to myself. Having move to London, I just got to adapt to a whole new life. Tomorrow will be the first day of university and I’m excited but at the same time, afraid. What if no one want to make friends with me? What if I get lost in the school? Questions began to surface in my mind. Loud snores echo from within the other side of the room. I gazed upon the sleeping figure; well that’s Brian and his habit. A few hours remaining till sunrise, guess I would just switch off my computer and get some rest.

The sun strong glare, shining through the window is making me irritated. My body is unwilling to move but my mind tells me I have to or else I will be late. Dragging myself out, I went to call out Brian. “Hey Brian, wake up, time for school.” Slightly awake, “I’ll be right there.” He responded. Guys’ preparation tends to be faster than girls but not for this small eyes and small build guy. His weird hairstyle took him quite a lot of time to be done. I was waiting for him at his Audi, well expecting him to drive to school. It will be some time before I get to own a car. For now, I just have to accommodate to what I have. Traffic to school was rather smooth, took less than an hour to reach. The school is crowded with students, from seniors to freshmen’s like me. “See you later!” Brian shouted. Off I go to my class, which is not easy to locate in this huge campus.

To be continued...
