Day 4 Pahang

Early morning, all get ready on punctual for breakfast so that the activity can commence as fast as possible. The first activity is the flying fox and they allow us to try the superman style, where the rope is at the back. The feeling is just different and much more thrilling. Gotta do river crossing by holding on the rope, walking across the currents. Did the flying fox 2 times but the 2nd time lazy to cross the river, ask the person to ferry us in the speedboat to the other side. Back to camp for lunch next.

After lunch, we starts off with water confidence that is to jump off a rock into the water. Then we gotta make use of the life vest to help us float. Capsize drill was next and fun as it is, it was kinda tough to handle. Next up is the water rafting and my boat consist of jm, aaron, yibing, ziyi, aikhao, mr kuang, 2 other guides and Z, my instructor. We were the last to depart off but overtook the 3 other boats in front and relax our way for most of the journey. The rapids was fun and challenging but i like the most is the teamwork that play a big part in help to control the boat.

Back to camp for barbecue dinner and a spread it is. Practice our performance one last time before heading off to the campfire. Our performance was not perfect but it was successfully done. Some unhappy events happen which affects alot of people. Not gonna write here but if wanna know maybe can just ask me. Just feel so tired. Learn something new today though.

Day 3 Pahang

Same time wake up. Activities today was much more fun than yesterday. First activity was the 4WD and the waterfall. 4WD was interesting and challenging. Though we are not driving, the excitement of being at the back of the jeep, standing was just exhilarating. The feeling of getting hit by the branches was painful but shiok. The crossing of the river was just as fun but painful as most of us were kinda in pain. Some got bruises though. Traveled in the jeep to the waterfall area. Wonderful sight to behold and the water is just freaking cold, much more cold than yesterday water. Played around for some time before taking the ride back again. This time some other group took our jeep thus we have to make do with their jeep which is not as good as ours thus our ride back wasn't that thrilling.

Took the bus to the cave after 4WD and had lunch at the cave there before beginning with Abseiling. At the very top of the rocks where I'm descending wasn't smooth as it is quite hard to gauge the distance and the rocks. After which is the cave exploration by the local guides. It is fascinating with the history, structure, design of the cave. Next we gotta do some cave crawling to another side, quite a short one and dusty too. Got back to camp after it and had a shower, dinner before the night walk begin. Saw a firefly while on the way of the nature night walk. Quite similar to a jungle trekking though which i finds it ok but kinda waste of time. Discuss the final improvements to the skit and cheer after we got back before going to bed. This time we are much more tired.

Day 2 Pahang

Woke up around 7am and get myself ready for breakfast. Food is not bad, quite a spread too for a breakfast. After eating went to change clothes for jungle trekking, taking the van down which is some 40mins ride. Trekking was tough initially, as the route we took at the beginning was the difficult path. A lot of obstacles along the way which makes the path more harder to walk. Had to cross a stream which i finds it cool. Saw the Rafflesia which is not in bloom, about 8 months old, few more days till it bloom. Kevin got the leech on his leg which we tried getting it off by burning it using a lighter but i guess we burn his leg hair instead. I got a few cuts from the surrounding thorns. After in which we went back to the meeting point had lunch then some time allocated to allow us to play in the waters, cooling and cold. Was shivering down there though i think the rain reduce the time we had in the waters. Drenched but no choice got to go back which we took the lorry down before transferring to the bus back to camp.

Dinnered, bathed and gathered in our own group to prepare for campfire performance. Group name for us is AFU which is known to most people as 'A, F U la' but to hide it with another meaning as 'A Family United'. Decided among our self to do a Capella of Lion King. Practice went fine but there is room for improvement tml. Due to the downpour, the night walk is postpone to tml thus some interacting game was played among all 4 groups. Debrief ended the night for us and is supper before to bed as majority of us were tired. More fun coming tml!

Day 1 Singapore/Pahang

Set off around 4plus in the evening from my house down to school and by the time i reaches there, there are many people who had arrived early. So boarded the bus around 6.10pm and departed towards Tuas. Standard procedure observed and immigration before getting over to the malaysia side. This time we gotta change to a malaysian bus. Waited quite awhile for the bus to arrive due to traffic jam.

Our trip begins around 7pm which on the way we got 3 stops for breaks. Reach pahang approximately around 4am and we made our way to our countryside resort. The environment is not bad, quite relaxing. Check-in into our rooms which i shared with eugene and aaron temporary as our original 12 beds room air-con is leaking that will be available on the next night. Settled down as fast as we can and just drop down into our beds though we barely have 2 hours left to sleep.

Virtually walked the whole town today. Tried walking from bugis to dhoby ghaut and not bad though, quite a short distance. Went to look for the stuffs i wanted but sadly, couldn't find. Off home after a tiring day of walking and took a nap. Getting my stuffs ready at the moment, gonna put everything into the bag tml.

Seems to me that i don't have the excitement of going to pahang...haiz...low ah..

Work is nothing much to do though, half day too and david treat us pizza! So the extra time we had went to buy jonathan's present before going down to ngee ann to support some of them at the Maths Carnival. Hang around with clark n siyao while waiting for larry like until 6pm before making our way down to Chervons for jonathan's party. Met up with the rest before going in. Quite a party though, some wild side, some drank alot. Had some relaxing time at the playground and i was lying on the slide, staring at the open sky, thinking...

Went home around 9plus, walk home though since is nearby while the rest took their preferred transport. Ok, gotta do some last minute shopping tml before packing my stuffs for pahang.



*Realise the feeling was there all along but didn't grow initially. Suppress behind other tasks which im concentrating on, i finally got the time to really think about it and i guess i got my answer. Now is how to go about it.*

Had a wonderful sleep last night! =) Woke up around noon then prepare awhile before going out to meet clark and kevin at farrer park. Clark n I wanted to eat lunch so we head to the new mall call City Square nearby farrer park mrt. Quite new though, not much shop open yet, ate KFC. We went to mustafa to see if there is any stuffs to get. In the end bought a deodorant. Thus we decide to make our way to army market at beach road. Didn't expect ky, ll and xl to be around as they had met earlier. So shop for ziplocks and kevin track pants before decide to go watch 'The Ugly Truth' at cini. Stopover at Wheelock for ky to get his speaker. The movie was nice though, many laughters and quite a romance comedy. Recommended to watch. Could use a trick or two from there though. haha. Went to eat long john silver for dinner before going home.

Morning forced myself to wake up at 7plus considering that i slept at 4am the previous night but i guess is worth the late sleep? =) Got to JE swimming complex to teach siyao how to swim. Well, a crash course can't expect much, like 2 hours plus of teaching, he can swim the breadth of the pool is quite successful. Even i didn't learn it that fast in the past. After we went to the market to eat before getting home to have my rest. Slept quite long that i even miss going running with clark and the rest. My leg hurts too, seems to be my ligament. Hopefully is just a strain, i don't wanna have injuries going into pahang. Met my mum at IMM for dinner and went to search for bag for pahang trip as well as my backpack! None interest me though.

Went to work and did about the same stuffs before got let off at 4pm. David told us we will not be working tml and thurs. So i guess free time to settle pahang stuff. Clark and i took bus down to town to meet up with nicholas, ky, shawn, lingli, xilin, kevin, wenhao. Before meeting them at taka, clark n i went to get the mooncakes n candle. Decided to go to botak jones for dinner and celebration. So waiting for sushan, larry n huiping to arrive. All filling up our tummy, celebration went ahead, though kinda shabby but consider it to be quite nicely done. Sushan n nicholas n lingli went home while the rest of us went to catch the movie 'Time Traveller's Wife'. Touching story indeed though initially i don't know what the whole thing is about. Had some great moments and some sad moments in the movie. Took a bus home with larry. Lucky still got bus home though i wish i had a car at that moment.

Nothing special today, went to bugis with clark, kaiyang, nicholas n lingli. Siyao came later. Went around bugis looking for the present for shawn but cant seem to find a nice one. Then ky went to buy his briefs/boxers before we made our way to far east. While clark n lingli took the train, the 3 of us took 3 different buses just to get there! From bugis to clark quay to somerset to far east. Then at far east ate the noodles which isn't filling at all thus went to old chang kee get some snacks. After in which we still could not find anything nice, they decided to call it a day and buy tml. Nicholas n siyao went home while we send ll to mrt before going to wheelock to see if ky speaker has arrived. Apparently, it didn't thus clark n i wanted to get some slippers so we went to NUM to find since is the last day of the 50% sale.

Got my green havianas at only $20! Half the usual price! Clark didn't get as there wasn't any of his size so i got to buy something else in order to have the offer. So i went to get the singlet i wanted, took a few choices, out of stock for brazil, soccer, spain, italy so i got the France instead. Guess what, total bill cost only $65! Wow! The singlet plus the slippers. I got a good buy! After which we went home.

Feeling really tired, maybe i should sleep early today.

Morning woke up and meet up with larry, ziyi and huiping. Thanks to huiping we were damn late for the japanese school stuff and the worst thing is we got to the wrong school! So decided not to go instead since so late and went to ayer rajah food centre to eat. After which we decide to take 143 to orchard since ziyi need to meet xinmei at amk. So at orchard walk around ion, went to borders at wheelock to browse some books. Gonna buy some books some other time! Read some interesting books and is funny! Met with sec friends at 2.30pm then make our way to sushi tei at takashimaya. Attendance got sarah, liying, weiting, wanling, tao, joseph, myself and of cos the birthday boy, chwen. Kinda disturb emily at there cos she working. So ate quite alot of stuffs and chwen sponsor abit! Woots! thanks! liying's bro bake a cake, so we kinda celebrate at there and the present is well, interesting. Gave one to emily too! haha. After eating, jason came then we got to the plaza in front of concorde hotel where we played pool then got to The Cathay eat Ben & Jerry.

Ordered Vermonster! Quite filling and played truth using indian poker and zhong zi mi ma. Stayed still about 11plus then got home.

First day of collection and got alot of schools coming in. Saw alot of sec girls but only for eyes la, staying faithful to one. =D haha. After work went to meet up with a friend at town. Went to walk around to buy present but couldn't find thus went down to vivo and manage to find what we wanted and bought it. After getting the stuff, we went for some window shopping then off to Ramen Tei for dinner. As we were going off, saw some interesting shirts at levi's signature and decided to buy it. Home sweet home then.

Work for the morning only as afternoon got the pahang briefing. Went home to change to shorts before meeting clark, siyao, huiping n larry at je central for lunch before making our way to school. Briefing, well brief as it is, ended quite fast then me n siyao went to find ms diana and ms neo regarding the chalet stuff before going with clark, jiaming, kaiyang, shawn, nicholas, scott to btp find vanessa for mooncake cos she working there. Went to play pool then market for dinner and home after that.

Morning gym with larry, kaiyang, jiaming. Clark and siyao didnt turn up while huiping be extra at there, haha. After an hour plus then we went for a swim before having lunch at sumo house. Got to larry's house for a short while before going down to work. Work lasted for quite a short while thus we went to jurong east central. Accompanied clark eat fish bee hoon! Then went for the job interview. Pay $60 from initial $80, damn. Too many problems la, don't feel like saying. Went to swim again at night then receive the info from coach about the website job.

Muscle damn aching. Met with matt at clementi first to pass him the info, then met with clark to go down to dhoby ghaut. Met up with siyao, jiaming n kaiyang there. Guess who we saw at plaza sing! The lovebirds! haha. Made our way to Dallas to have our $11 buffet!

Nugget stacko!


In all we ordered 12 chickens, 20 drumlets, 70 nuggets, 4 burgers, 4 cans and 2 1.5 litre of coke! Played nugget stacko and the one who drop get to have one of the nugget, like a forfeit. Left until afew then we play zhong zhi mi ma. Kaiyang damn unlucky, keep getting it. In the end he stuff the remaining 5 nuggets into the empty can of coke! Think he now scared of nuggets ler! haha. Went to play lan for an hour before vanessa come then go play pool for hr plus then home.

Went to send off karen in the morning with ziyi, xinmei, senghow, aaron and ronnie. Consider it a small affair compare to the previous group who are going to wuhan. Waited like till around 11plus before she went into the gates. Enjoy the working experience over there! Take Care! =)

So took a free ride on Mr Richard car back to ngee ann then took bus down back to work. Didnt had lunch, ate 2 bread which i bought at the nearby bakery in west coast. Work like for 1 hr only then off liao! Wow! Went to town with larry, clark n siyao but larry went to meet his darling at liang court first. So we went to cini meet jiaming, lingli, kaiyang n xilin before going to Orchard Central walk awhile before heading down to plaza sing. Larry came to meet us up. We guys went to eat at 'Just acia' while the girls go walk. Then is off to Stereo before going back home.

Gonna gym and swim tml! and the irritating 'interview' with briefing...

Finally got a good rest. Yesterday and today slept till 1pm then wake up. Just feel so good. Went to grandma house yesterday and my uncle offer to bring us home. The thing is, i get to drive! Woots! The feeling of driving a lancer is so cool and is a auto too. At first not really used to it but felt much better after. And first drive got 5 passengers is a not so good feeling, more pressure. Quite smooth though.

Today is basically rotting at home. Woke up eat lunch watch tv then sleep awhile before eat dinner then watch tv, use com. lol.

Today work did a lot of stuffs though, so didn't really slack the whole day. Lunch time went to west coast plaza cos got 3 hrs break. After work went to comex to look for those working as well see if got any interesting products. Met up with ky, huiping, xiuhui, jiaming there. Quite a crowd there though. Saw lingli, manjing, wenhao, senghow, houjun, nicholas yang, sushan, taytay working there. Then huiping n xiuhui bought a harddisk each. Went to eat KFC for dinner.

Today work damn boring but also damn stun. Sadly today is the day that most will know whether they will continue. Sadly jiaming n huiping not selected, tried my best to persuade david though. Went to vivo watch Blood Ties with huiping, larry, xiuhui and kaiyang. Got some worries when we though the person will check when we go in cos larry not 18 yet! In the end, the worries were unfounded. Movie is nice though, not a bad local movie. Funny thing is, at the end of the movie, huiping and larry got bitten by some bug while at theatre perhaps. But kaiyang, xiuhui n myself didnt have any bites, itchiness. So we assume is the lovebug! hahaha. Went to candy empire buy some candies then go home. Accompanied kaiyang to take taxi as he say he treat, in the end waited like 40mins for a cab to come! Don't know why vivo today no cabs! Thus got home late..

Work as usual but more boring as i got posted to store. After work back to sch watch sy, huiping n larry run while i n jiaming played some soccer. Ate at the market, been a long time since i went there.

First thing to say is... I passed my driving test! Woohoo! Had a warm up in the morning then receive good news from karen that she pass! More eager for my test later on, went about doing my normal routine. Almost had a immediate fail on one occasion thanks to a china guy. Lucky i didn't, if not i will be cursing at him. Realise my points are stupid mistake which i should not have done. Never mind about it, since its over.

Met up with vanessa at amk(for an hour -.-)then went to suntec to meet sy eat pizza hut before making our way to the flyer which we took since is $10 per student. Nothing much though, quite boring but nice night view of the city.

Late morning went to ubin with dad, bro n grandma for a seafood lunch. Yummy! haha. Nice and relax place though, first time go there. After that went to town to meet the rest of the guys and went shopping! Bought some clothes before heading off to marina square to had Fish & Co. Had swordfish collar, nice but frustrating to cut the meat. Then off to play l4d before going home.

Got off to driving in the morning before heading down to city hall to meet those 2 that make my hair stand! haha. Run was quite ok, had nice views of the city. After the run, we head off to city link eat marvelous cream then to marina square slack before eating dinner and home sweet home.

Another same old day of work. Lunch 2 hours went to west coast plaza there eat then bought a levi's signature shirt. After work met up with steve n chwen for dinner before going imm cut hair.

Work as usual, nothing much to blog about. Went to queensway after work then to ikea to eat before getting back home.

I believe im gonna go ahead with it but its gonna be extremely difficult. Will need a plan and many helps...

Back to work and im freaking tired probably due to lack of sleep. Slept while working but rather embarrassed that my marker can even hear me snoring! Really damn tired but still manage to grasp some energy after work to jogging with huiping and larry. Had a campus jog then a few laps of quick runs around the track with larry. Went Sheng Siong to grab some snacks home. Gotta sleep soon, damn tired. Wondering if i should go play for jiaming's team on sat...hmm...



What's the harm when it is not the first time for me.

Had a tiring day. Went to work half day yesterday and then off to queensway to look at some stuffs before going to huiping's house slack awhile then go home then out to imm to buy stuff before meeting the rest on the train and at changi. Slack around, had surprises then doing the cards and gifts. There were like a few of us, huiping, clark, larry, siyao, lingli, ziyi, houjun, kaiyang, xilin, nicholas, sushan, vanessa to do all the stuffs. Was just doing nothing around terminal 1 at popeye's then off to t3 to slack too. Was not feeling good though, had a headache and was just trying to hold on, hoping it will fade away. Met those going to wuhan around 6plus, gloria, zhong rong, ck, erwin, adrian, xanier, shunqing, edy, junru. Took some pics and chats before they check in. Will miss u, stalker! haha.

Went acer with huiping n larry for her spoiled adapter. Met one unreasonable customer there, shall talk another time. Then is off home where i slept for 2-3 hrs before coming out to meet them again at school to collect our F1 race packs. Then went driving before meeting classmates to celebrate Meng's birthday!
